The Assistant Villa Manager is responsible for supporting the Villa Manager in the day-to-day operations of a high-end private residence in Dubai. This pivotal role requires impeccable attention to detail, a strong background in 7-star service delivery, and leadership capabilities to manage and motivate the housekeeping team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and discretion at sea and in port.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Oversight & Quality Control

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of all guest and crew interior spaces, including staterooms, lounges, spa areas, and service corridors.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet yacht owner and guest expectations.

• Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies, linen, toiletries, and cleaning products inventory; ensure timely procurement and stock control.
